Jeffrey Peters to Speak at 2011 Council on Litigation Management Conference
Houston, TX (Jan. 28, 2011) - Mr. Jeffrey Peters, Vice President at Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc., has been selected to speak at the 2011 Annual Conference of the Council on Litigation Management (CLM). Mr. Peters is slated to speak on the topic "If Your Project is Green, Is It the Money or the Disease?"
The conference will be one of the largest, fully inclusive defense industry conferences in 2011. It will be held March 23-25 in New Orleans, LA, will feature approximately 250 speakers, and is expected to draw attendees from around the world. Mr. Peters is Vice President over the Green Buildings practice group of Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc., an international forensics engineering company. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and is a Leadership in Environmental and Engineering Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with nearly 30 years of engineering and management experience. He has worked as a design project engineer and project manager on various mechanical and electrical system projects; and facility manager and owner’s representative overseeing over $100 million dollars in construction projects. He has investigated and/or testified in over 1,500 construction, product liability, maintenance, and design defect disputes. He presents seminars regularly for insurance adjusters, attorneys and the public, on various topics including air conditioning, mold growth, building science, construction defects, and green buildings.
